Charged although I cancelled

Charged although I cancelled

I cancelled my subscription 3 days before it was due to be taken out, I struggled to do so on the app as there is no option to do it, so I logged onto the desktop site and cancelled it, but Spotify have still taken £9.99. HOW DO I CANCEL THIS AND GET MY MONEY BACK?

If you believe you're eligible for a refund, all you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
