Charged and not given service

I was charged for a student discount which I could not be verified for... I either want my money back or want to be given the premium service.

Hey @castroericax5,

 

Can you let me know if you have recieved a reciept via email from Spotify for the student plan?

 

If not, then your payment is most likely to be in the 'pending' stage by your bank. Which means it ill be released back to you in a few days.
