Charged and switched to Premium Family without being asked

My Question or Issue

I have had a premium subscription for a long time charged at $14.99 p/m. However i have just noticed that i was charged $22.50 this month and have now been upgraded to a Premium Family plan. 

This was unnapproved, unnotified, and unwanted. Please explain why this has occured?
