My Question or Issue

 On 30/11/2018, I bought the 3-month trial for 0.99 CHF. Today, I was charged for 19.90 CHF. The 3 months are not up yet (1 month = 30/12/2018, 2 months = 30/01/2019, 3 months = 28/02/2019) and, as you can see with the attachment, even they were, I would be charged for 12.95 CHF for Premium and not 19.90 CHF for Family. I am very unhappy about that Spotify move and ask to be refunded immediately. After that, I will cancel the trial in order not to be wrongfully charged again.

In most cases, "extra" or different charges are happening due to users having more than one account.

I do not have more than one account.


I've contacted support and expect a prompt refund, this is unacceptable.
