Charged but I don't have premium

I was trying to create a student account with the Spotify/Hulu subscription for $4.99. I logged into my account and went through all the steps and then it wouldn't let me. I checked my account and it said I didn't have premium but I checked my bank account and I was charged for the subscription that I don't have.

Hey @Hannahmoore8,

 

If Spotify is unable to verify your student I.D, you won’t be eligible to claim the student discount. In this instance, any charges will show on your statement as ‘pending’. This means your bank has put a temporary authorization on the funds, but no money has actually been taken.

Once the bank confirms your student I.D failed to verify successfully, the money will reappear on your statement. This can take up to 48 hours, depending on your bank. You can reach out to them for more information about any pending payments.

I have always been a Premium subscriber but I am now Free (without my asking) and I have lost all my music lists. However, the last draw on my credit card was done 2 weeks ago. What should I do?
