Charged but im on free not premium

My Question or Issue

 I wasnunder the impression that i acancelled my susbscriptionof premium about a year ago.but upon seeing my recent bank stayement , it says i am still being charged. I recall that when i unsubbed i looked and it said i was not on premium anymore so i left it

It seems i have been charged this whole time

I dont believe i have more than one account either so im not sure why this is happenning
