Charged but not on premium anymore!

Charged but not on premium anymore!

Hi, I used to have a premium account but stopped it a few months ago. Just been reviewing my statements and I've been charged the last two months even though I'm definitely not still premium (I've got adverts!)
Just gone through the process of checking for other accounts on my few email addresses but no luck! Any ideas how to stop this payment for an account I'm not using? Thank you!!!

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.
