This is my second month in a row and I have been charged again SAR40 instead of SAR 20 !!! Can you please refund me!!! or find a solution to that!! I don't wana keep paying SAR 40 and others pay 20. I sent an email before and you said no we didn't but here go again!!

Sorry to hear you're having this issue.

As you're being charged the same amount twice it may indicate you might have a second account.

Please check this help guide on "Finding Accounts" to try and solve the issue.

Ok help to désactive one of the accounts !!!! Please, I can not afford paying SAR 40 every month! Like I want only my login to fb ! I don’t wana use this this email or username!!!

Please visit Spotify.com, log in with the details of the subscription you wish to cancel and follow the steps here:

- Profile (Right top corner)

- Account

- Manage Plan

- Change Or Cancel 

- Cancel Premium

 

Note: Please be advised that you follow the steps only if you verified having 2 accounts and you know exactly which one you want to cancel (FB or E-mail)
