Charged for Premium Even Though I'm Spotify Free

My account is Spotify Free. It has always been Spotify Free. I do not use Spotify. I think an associated account of mine has been using my bank details to pay for Spotify Premium. However, I do not want Spotify Premium as I do not use it. I don't know which account is using the Premium though but I wish to cancel it so as to stop the charges to my account.
