Charged for Premium but don't have the service

Charged for Premium but don't have the service

I updated my payment three days ago and was charged on my card for Spotify premium and then today they took the service away from me?! I'm really pissed off I feel like Spotify robbed me.

Hey @Sabrina8,

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

 

You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username that you subscribed to Spotify Premium with!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!

I took advantage of a subscription offer for my daughter and it will not update to Premium, any suggestions?
