Charged for Premium student subscription twice and didn't get premium

I tried to pay for premium membership for students twice, my card was charged twice, but when I came back to the payment page it said there was an error, but my bank account was charged. How will I get a refund in this situation?

There is no proper way to get support. Quite dejected with the lack of seriousness from Spotify's end towards mitigating customer issues.

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community!

 

First, I recommend removing the screenshot - it's better not to post any sensitive info. 

 

You can check the status of your current subscription on your account page under Your plan. Make sure it's the right account, the one that you tried upgrade to Premium. 

 

If it still says it's Free and you've been charged, I'd recommend reaching out to the Customer Support.
