I'm not happy. I was charged for the student premium when it said I was in eligible and then I did the regular premium and I was also charged for it as well! This needs to be fixed.

Let's try following this troubleshooting to make sure you don't have multiple Spotify accounts which could be causing this issue.
If you're sure you only have one account, the discount payment might be pending, which just means that the transaction is on hold and the money will go back to your bank account soon.
We suggest contacting your bank for more information about pending payments.
