Charged for Student discount but no premium

I wanted to see if I could be eligible for the student discount, however after inputting my card details and school details it told me I was not. I was charged anyway!!! I wasn't eligible for premium, they charged me anyway, and even now I still don't have premium. I want my money back! Please help me find a way to get a refund.

There shouldn't be any need to worry, you shouldn't actually get anything charged.
