Charged for an Spotify account that's not mine.

Charged for an Spotify account that's not mine.

I was charged on my credit card for my family account and for another one that I don't know. I called my bank to reject that payment but they told me to contact directly Spotify. I don't know where I should go, write, call, email or whatever in order to stop being charged for a Spotify account that isn't mine.

I continue to experience the same problem. I have cancelled spotify and checked every relatives phone to make sure they aren't using spotify premium with my credit card but I continue to be charged. I disputed it with the bank and asked them to reject any new charges but somehow I received a charge today. It's so annoying, really wish spotify would get some customer service agents.
