My Question or Issue

I paid for the annual membership plan via UPI, but I still don't have access to premium services. Even on the website, it shows my subscription as "Spotify Free"!

Hello there @aachman !

 

Could you try following the steps at here? Let me know how it goes!

I tried all the things listed there:

- Tried logging out and in on multiple devices, still no premium.

- On the subscription page, it says that my account is on the free plan.

- On my bank statement the payment is shown as completed and the money has been deducted from the account.

- I checked and I paid for this account only.

Can you try reaching Spotify through one of the options described here. I hope they will be able to help you. Let me know how it goes 🙂

I reached out to Spotify and had a chat with one of their agents. They said that my payment status is currently "processing" on their side and it will be completed within 24 hours.
