My Question or Issue
I paid for the annual membership plan via UPI, but I still don't have access to premium services. Even on the website, it shows my subscription as "Spotify Free"!
I tried all the things listed there:
- Tried logging out and in on multiple devices, still no premium.
- On the subscription page, it says that my account is on the free plan.
- On my bank statement the payment is shown as completed and the money has been deducted from the account.
- I checked and I paid for this account only.
I reached out to Spotify and had a chat with one of their agents. They said that my payment status is currently "processing" on their side and it will be completed within 24 hours.
