Charged for free premium

My Question or Issue

I applied for a student premium account which says that 3 months are free and then, Rs66/month would be charged as a discounted rate. But it asked me for payment even for the 3 month service, I had to pay Rs.66 to get the student premium account. Please help me on this. It also states that premium is due on 4th October 2019.
