My Question or Issue

I was supposed to be on a student plan but for some reason I was charged for normal premium. I cancelled like less than an hour after being charged but it did not refund it. Is there anyway to fix this so I can hopefully try to get the student plan actually working?

What has most likely happened is that your Student status has run out. Once verified, your student status is good for 12 months, after which it needs to be renewed if you're still studying.

 

You should have received an email from Spotify about a month before the student price reduction runs out. 

 

Check your email spam/junk folder for such an email. In there you'll find a link to verify your student status with SheerID. After that is done you'd need to update your payment details on the Spotify website and your Premium recurring price should switch back to the student price.
