Charged for nothing

I have been using spotify free for months now but I got charged for using premium. I have not subscribed to the premium. How do I get the refund?

It looks like you've subscribed to Premium using another account. You can check out this guide to see the next steps to take.

 

If you'd like a refund, I'd recommend getting in touch with Spotify via the contact form. Their support team will be able to take a look at your issue and you'll hear from them shortly.
