Charged for premium. Not getting premium. No Option to Cancel

Had no option to cancel my free trial which stopped working after 14 days when it was supposed to be 30. Plan still showing as free. Still not a premium account even after being charged. can take a screenshot or something to show it should be aa free account in my account login section. Silly that such a big company doesn't even have an email for support.
