Charged for premium but hasn't upgraded

Charged for premium but hasn't upgraded

I have been charged for the individual premium account. The payment is on my bank statement, and my account details show that I have the individual subscription. It shows that is active and should be working but the app is still showing up like I don't have the subscription

Hi there, and welcome to the Community!

 

My first suggestion is that you log out and back in your app to refresh your device's connection to your account.

 

Also, ensure you're using the correct account details. You may have multiple accounts.

  • To view your login details:
    1. Log in to your account page.
    2. Under Account, click Edit profile.
