Charged for premium even though i renewed student discount last month

My Question or Issue

 I extended my student discount and got a confirmation page in mid September however, I was charged the regular premium price and had to reconfirm my status again today. Why did this happen and is there any way I can get a refund?

If you got the confirmation but you didn't get the discount, it seems like something went wrong with the renewal. No worries, you can reactive the discount through this link 🙂
