Charged for school but school not recognised

I just signed up for spotify premium and at first I chose the student discount but my school was not recognised, so I went back to signing up for the regular premium discount and after I finished putting in my bank details, I checked my bank statement and I was charged for both the student discount and the regular premium, even though I did not complete the student discount. What do I do to get a refund?

Hey, @samffraser - welcome to the community! 

If your student subscription wasn't verified, the charge you're seeing should be a "pending" or "processing" charge. This a temporary authorization and no money will be taken. Depending on your bank, you should see that charge disappear within a few days.
