After clicking onto the spotify home page I saw a student discount and went through it to see if TAFE students were eligible, I first put my account details in and then saw a message telling me I was not charged for the student discount so I then left it, then after coming home I looked into my account to make sure that I in fact wasn't charged and there were two Spotify withdrawals one $11.99 for the full premium and then $5.99 for the student discount.
All I want is my money refunded for the student discount and I'll be happy.
If this can be resolved quickly that would be great as well.

It’s very likely just a pending charge if you haven’t received a receipt from Spotify via Email 🙂
A pending charge is a part of your bank or credit card company’s authorization process. When you submit a payment, they place a temporary authorization on the funds.
If the transaction doesn’t successfully complete, no money will be taken and the charge will soon disappear. The time this takes can vary, depending on your bank/credit card company. For more information, contact your bank/credit card company.
