Hey there,

Thanks for posting here and welcome.

It's important to take into account that we charge each Premium plan once per month. If you notice multiple Spotify payments in the same month, there are a few things to check:

  1. We'd suggest starting off by checking the order history of your account. There, you can take a look at all your charges and make sure everything is in order.
  2. It's possible that some of the charges you're seeing in your bank statement are pending. In that scenario, we'd recommend you check their status. If the payments are pending or in process, it'd be a good idea to reach out to your bank for further insights.
  3. It might be possible that the payment you made on August 2nd was a delayed payment. As mentioned above, we charge each Premium plan once per month. If the system can't take the payment, then you'll have a grace period to make it. This doesn't move your billing date, it gives you time to pay, but Premium will continue to be charged each month on the day you subscribed. In that sense, we'd suggest you make sure to check if you've paid for Premium each month since you subscribed the first time.

Nevertheless, remember you can always reach out to our Customer Support team, so they can help you to check your account more thoroughly. You can find out how to contact them here.

Hope this clears things up. If you have any questions or need a hand with anything else, we're always a post away.
