Charged for trial version

Hello,

I have subsribed my account to special promotion Premium Spotify registered till December 31st 2018 which was written will be charged by 0.99EUR per month for 3 months, but I was charged 5.99EUR, which is normal not promoted price and I dont agree with it. What can I do to get my 5EUR back.

It's possible that for whatever reason, you might not have successfully redeemed the trial, and instead, signed up for standard Premium.

I’d recommend reaching out to Spotify for more help with this. You can find some more info here on how to do this.
