Charged for two account for past 5+ months

I have been getting charged for two spotify account for the past 5 months or so and i dont understand why, i have my student account and then another account that charges me 9.99 a month which i have no idea about. i cannot cancel the membership as i have no idea who could be using the account if someone is, and it doesnt allow me to cancel on my online banking.

Hey @xjimmypx,

 

You should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you within 24 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
