My Question or Issue

Back in January 2018, I upgraded from premium to family premium. Thinking I was doing it on my existing account, weirdly enough I just realised today (June 2019) that I wasn’t and apparently, I accidentally created a new account whilst doing so… Since then, my bank account has been charged twice every month without me being even aware that two accounts were created... One account has not been in use since January 2018 – I am sure there is a way for Spotify to check the latter. I am very upset that I never received an email reminding me of my payments – I did not opt out on any emails. Plus, my card expired in August 2018 – how come I keep being charged without me having to update my details (again on two accounts)? I'm also confused about how I could have signed up for premium twice under the same card without any kind of warning. I am very disappointed and expected Spotify to have a bit more diligence when it comes to premium members. I would like a full refund or at least a partial one. Can you please assist asap? Thanks a lot.
