Charged four times

I was trying to sign up for the premium features but it said that something was wrong with me card and when I went to go look at my statements it had charged four times taking $20 out of my bank and it still isn't letting me use premium. What's up with that??

In this case, the charges should show on your statement as ‘pending’. This means your bank has put a temporary authorization on the funds, but no money has actually been taken because Spotify has not yet verified your student status.
