Charged full price but was eligible for student discount

My Question or Issue

I was charged the full price of $9.99 after I had changed payment info but I was enrolled for student discount before this had occured. Was wondering if I could get my money back and charged for the discount price instead. Thanks.

By the look at the picture you sent, you account is stated as Premium and not Premium for Students.

Please check this link and verify your eligibility for the student trial again.

In addition, use this one here to locate all accounts listed with your detials as you might have created more than one.

Adding the official Premium for Students help page here with all the steps needed to apply the students trial on an account just in case.
