Charged me even though I canceled my Subscription, need REFUND.

Charged me even though I canceled my Subscription, need REFUND.

I canceled my subscription before 14th April ,  still I was charged for april and May as well. Why ?? I need my refund

Country : USA

Account type : Student Account

I'm sorry to hear this. 
First, let's make sure your subscription was actually canceled. Can you let me know your subscription status in your account overview page here? If it says Premium Student still, cancel the subscription following these steps
