Charged monthly but no Account


My friend checked her bank statement and realised that she's being charged €9,99 every month by Spotify even though she doesn't even use Spotify (and has never created an account with them). She has never given her credit card details to others.

Is there a way to find out which account is linked with her credit card number?

All she needs to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
