I have automatically been charged normal premium fee, when my 1 year student subscription has not expired. Why have I been charged more?

Hey @peterrabb1t, and welcome to the community.

Hope you're doing great! 

 

Could you try going to your Receipts page of the account that has Premium for Students, and send me a screenshot of that page (make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the community)?

Hi, I'm having a similar issue, I applied to premium student about a bit over a month ago, and they verified my document and all, and said that my next payment will be with the student discount, but checking now it says that I'm still on the individual plan and charged the full price. When I try to reapply for the student account, it says my document is invalid.
