Charged more than once and still no having premium benefits

Charged more than once and still no having premium benefits

I've been charged three times and I still no have premium benefits nor a mail confirming my payment, is the student discount but in the description said that I wouldn't be charged until the confirmation of my student status or maybe there will be an amount on hold but without discounting money of my account.

In this case, it's very likely just a pending charge if you haven't received a receipt from Spotify via Email. There's more info about this here.

Hello MJ. Thank you for the reply, but I already called my bank and isn't their problem, I followed every step and I still no have premium benefits, and the charge still made, is there a phone I can reach for a personalized assistance?
