Charged more than the promo cost

Charged more than the promo cost

 I was availing the promo of SPOTIFY more than 3 months ago. But I was charged more than the promo fee. Can u check? Thanks

You might have been charged at the full rate if you weren't eligible for the offer. Your eligibility depends on if you've used a similar offer in the past. You also won't be eligible if you try paying for the offer with a card that has already been used to pay for a similar offer.

 

If you'd like a refund, reach out to us on Twitter or Facebook with your account info within 14 days of the payment being made.
