Charged my card, but diddnt get premium

So bascially I was signing up for Spotify Premium and I am a student so I went to the option for 4.99 or something for students and I completed all the blanks and entered my credit card to be billed and after entering that it asked to verify my school, and I go to Everett Community and I entered that and it told me it couldn't verify my school so I gave up, but I still got charged $5.40 and my accounted wasn't upgraded to premium, and I refreshed and checked the balance of my card and there's still a charge for $5.40 and I still don't have premium, any one have any thoughts cause I'll be okay without premium since it couldn't verify me being a student there I was just wondering if it was going to transfer the money back to my card.
