Charged on an expired credit card and wasn't warned when gift voucher expired

Hi, not sure where to sort this, but I noticed I had an overdue bill for an expired credit card. I checked and sure enough, Spotify still managed to put a charge on this card after it expired. Needless to say, I have interest charges on it too now since I wasn't aware this happened (I thought I went from a gift voucher straight to family plan, but turns out there was an extra month between I was charged for).

 

So also, a warning email about that would vouchers expiring too.

If you believe you might be eligible for a refund, all you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and they can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
