My Question or Issue
Today's when I'm charged for my monthly premium for family subscription. I received an email from Spotify stating that my payment failed and that I should update my payment details, but then I received an SMS from Globe GCash (Like PayPal) stating that 194php was deducted from my account. I then proceeded to update my payment details and then was charged another 194php. So there. That's my problem, why was I charged twice? And will I be refunded for it?
