Charged twice but account still isnt premium

Charged twice but account still isnt premium

I have signed up for premium with the student discount, however the first time i have entered my card details and entered but my website crash. i tried again, entering the card details and entered however this time i changed my mind on getting premium. how can i cancel my subscription if my account is still free? am i still able to get full refund for this?

When we subscribe to Premium, Spotify sends us an e-mail with the purchase receipt. It contains the information about it, including usermane.



If you haven't received this e-mail, this charge will probably be reimbursed.


If you want to make sure it will, just get in touch with the Spotify Accounts team from any of the social media help sites: @SpotifyCares on Twitter and Spotify Cares on Facebook. Just send them a private message with your account's email address and username and they will take a closer look at this.
