Tried subscribing first time on my Pixel 3a and the second time on my Mac Os.

 

 

My Question or Issue

 

I am a new user to spotify and thought of taking up the student premium plan. Spotify even verified me as a student and i went forward to the payment page. I added my card details and was taken to the payment gateway. I added the OTP for proceeding the transaction and was charged by my bank but then was taken one page back on spotify saying "something went wrong try again" in red. I did this twice and was charged Rs. 60 each time. This is disappointing. 

 

Please dont ask me to attach any screenshot as I dont have any and was frustrated and went to the help page but didnt get any help.

There's an ongoing issue regarding payments not going through or Premium plan not activating for subscribers in India. 

Please, make sure to add your +VOTE there and subscribe to the topic. That way you'll be notified with all the future updates on that case.
