Charged twice for Premium Family Account

Hello there,

yesterday Spotify asked me to update my payment settings, to be able to continue using my account. I did so and today I noticed that the fee was paid twice (yesterday and today). It must have been due to a technical problem. How can I get a refund of the payment. Thanks Mona

Usually the payment only goes through once. The second payment is probably a pending charge after the payment details were updated and it should disappear within a few days. If the extra charge does not disappear within a few days you can contact support.

Same happened to me. First payment was on the 24. and the second on the 25. 

But the money has already been withdrawn from my bank account.. is it possible that spoify will transfer it back in a few days on its own or should I contact the support?
