Charged twice for full subscriprion even though I registered for student.

Charged twice for full subscriprion even though I registered for student.

I've had a premium account for students for a while now. When my card expired, so did the premium and I had to update my billing details. After I did that, Spotify charged me the normal premium price. I was surprised, but imagined I had made a mistake somewhere and then updated it back to student's premium. Now they charged me the full price again? I really am a poor student so I would very much like to get my money back. How and where to contact with this issue?

The Premium Student offer is valid for up to 12 months from the date you subscribed, with a 4 year limit.

When the discount expires, your subscription automatically continues at the standard rate for Premium Individual unless you cancel or apply for another year.
