Charged twice for the Premium subscription







My Question or Issue

My husband cancelled his subscription last month or so and also deleted his account from Spotify. We were using my credit card to charge for both subscriptions - I am still using my Spotify Premium. I was charged twice this month for both subscriptions on two different days. Could you please solve the issue? I would like to get a refund and ask you to stop charging me for a subscription of an account that doesn't even exist anymore.

As to the deleted account and the charges for it, get in touch here by choosing Subscription > Other > I STILL NEED HELP.
