My Question or Issue
My devices were all logged out on the day that I was supposed to be charged for a full price subscription. I entered all my email addresses into the "forgot password" page and none of them were found (I did check my spam folders). Upon trying to log in with Facebook, a message appeared saying I did not have an account linked to my Facebook account.
So I registered a new account and activated Premium for students on this one.
However, I have found that I have been charged twice on the SAME day:
1. "Spotify P0C1" on bank statement for the student price
2. "Spotify P0C2" on bank statement for the full price
