Charged twice over 2 months, account wasnt working

Charged twice over 2 months, account wasnt working

I got Spotify in NZ.

Moved to UK, still paying on NZ bank card, all good.

Changed my Google Play (not my Spotify) country to UK, my account would not work for 2 months, i was still hooked up to Spotify on my NZ card and was charged from this account, even though i could not access Spotify. 

Ideally id like a refund for these 2 months:

$15 × 2 = $30.

My Question or Issue

I got Spotify in NZ.

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

That's odd, because with Premium, you should be able to use it anywhere, without having to change your account's country setting.
