Hello, i have upgraded to family, and have been charged for both Premium and family.

Hi,

 

It sounds that you may have a second account with the Premium Plan active on it. If you upgrade from Premium to Family, you'll just upgrade your subscription, not generate a new one on the same account.

 

I recommend you to check out this article to check if you have another account with the Premium plan active.
