Charged twice per month

Hi. I decided to get spotify premium. I accidentally took the student discount, but for some reason, it says that the process wasn't successful and that my bank account wasn't charged. Ao i decided to get the Php129.00 for three months and it was successful. As i check my bank account, i noticed that i have been charged for the student discount and at the same time for the regular rate. Can i get a refund for the student rate subscription?
