Charged twice - two another payments

I have been charged twice this month . I have spotify premium and my
payment is 7,99 eur, but this month it was 7,99 and 5,99 eur at the same time. Why? Thank you so much. VERONICA

No. I have just one email confirmation for the first payment (this payment is regular and ok) but for second payment I don't have and information and email...

It sounds like the second charge might be a mistake/pending charge, which means it should be canceled shortly. Can you check back in a couple days and let me know if the charge is still there? If it is, I can try to help you get a refund from Spotify.

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
