I was unable to play access my account at the end of last month as I was told I had to update my payment method for my premium acoount. I was paying through iTunes $14.99/month. I updated my payment method to Paypal. I was charged $11.99/month. I just checked my bank statement and I have been charged via both payment methods - PayPal on the 24th of March 2017, iTunes on the 3rd of April 2017 and my Spotify accounts says it plans to deduct $11.99 via PayPal again on the 24/4/17. How do I resolve this issue so that I am not charged twice for April? Thank you.
