Charged twice when change Premium trial to Family program, in Taiwan

I live in Taiwan.
I use the Spotify Premium one month trial program at 2019/03/07. At 2019/04/05 I change to Family Premium program, then I get 2 bill form my VISA, it shows that Spotfy had charged me twice, NT 149 and NT240. It also show on the Spotify web account page. as following picture. Besides the account page tell me that it will charge me NT240 againg at 04/24. What is happen? Can I take the money back?

Hi Nico,

Thank your answer. It may be difference.  I guess it is a bug of subscription service.

I had check my desktop and mobile device as described in the linkage, but only one user account record. And both devices have same user name.  It means that I subscribed one account only.   Besides, these bills were charaged at the same time.  It means the results were caused from one action.  the timing of changing to Family package also a little critical, near the end date of Premium trial package.

If Spotify charge me NT 240 only once after 04/25. My assumption may be true.
